Q: How do I obtain a User ID and Password?
A: To view our products online you must have a User ID and a Password. If you do not have either of these, then you can sign up here. To purchase products from us you do not need a log in; just call us to place an order directly.
Q: How do you ship? What carrier is used?
A: We ship daily Mondays – Fridays by express shipping. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following business day. We use only leading distribution companies to handle your products safely.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: Shipping is completely free of charge for our customers.*
Q: How long will it take until I get my order?
A: All orders will take only 2 – 5 days to reach your destination.
Q: What if we are not available to receive our order?
A: If you have missed your first delivery attempt, your personal account manager will work with you to ensure the shipping company gets the products to you at your convenience as soon as possible. In urgent situations you will be able to pick them up from your local depot.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We offer a variety of billing options – Card payments (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Net billing accounts (application approval required), and wire transfer.
*under extremely rare circumstances you may be charged up to a maximum of $40, your account manager will discuss this in detail with you before your order has been placed to make sure you are happy to go ahead.
